INFINIX#7276 ("us" or "we" or "our") owns and operates the Ableton Discord Bot ("Bot") and the website ("Site"). The following Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the Bot.

Using Ableton is at-will and can be terminated at any time by either us or you for any reason. By using Ableton, you agree to be bound by the bot's TOS. If you do not agree to be so bound, you are not authorized to use the Bot and the Site. Once you invite the bot in your server, it means that you completely agree with the terms and conditions mentioned on this page and any terms that may be added in the future. We have the right to stop the subscription or account of a user if he violates the terms and conditions of our site.

This TOS is a legal contract between you and Ableton and govern your access to and use of the bot together with any services offered through the bot.

Ableton is not affiliated with Discord in any way.

The purpose of Ableton is to provide various utility features to help server managers manage their servers and entertain users.

It is forbidden to use or reuse, copy or paste, modify the Service or Content that existed on this Site. It is forbidden to use our services against law or cause harm to our site or to any other person. If any person violates the TOS, his account might get terminated.

By using this Site and the Bot, you confirm to meet the following requirements:

Refunds

Ableton does not offer any refunds for Premium subscriptions. If any issue related to the Premium Version of the Bot is arose, you may Contact us on Discord. However, Ableton doesn't guarantee or promise the accuracy, completeness, timeliness for the service distributed by the Bot and the Site.


Ableton has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. Use of any such linked website or application is at your own risk.


Miscellaneous

If you violate any portion of these TOS, Ableton reserves the right, without an obligation to do so, to deny you access to the Site and the Bot. If Ableton terminates your access to the Site, Ableton may also delete your Site account. Ableton has the right to terminate any Account linked with the Site and the Bot for any reason. You agree that Ableton is not liable to you or anyone else for any harm that might arise as a result of using and/or implementing in any manner any of the opinions or recommendations found on the Site.
