This is our "Privacy Policy" which sets out the policy which governs our use of information you provide in connection with the Ableton Bot. The terms "you", "your", "client", refer to all individuals or entities using the Bot. The terms "we", "us", "our", "owner" refer to INFINIX#7276, "Bot" refers to Ableton, "Site" refers to the website, "server" refers to the client's Discord Server and "members" refers to the members in the client's Discord Server.

Your privacy is important to us. It is Ableton's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our Site or Bot.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes in our Privacy Policy will be effective immediately. If you are a regular user of this Bot, we recommend that you check this Privacy Policy on a regular basis. By using the Bot, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Bot.


Data we collect

  • Client's user id, username and avatar.
  • The time and username of the members who joined the server. (These are required for AntiRaid and Welcome feature)
  • Server invites and uses. (These are required for Invite Logging feature)
  • Message Content (These are required for Mod Logging and Message Snipe features. These are not stored for more than 30 days)
  • Message IDs, Channel IDs and Message reactions. (These are required for Giveaway and Reaction Roles feature. These are not stored for more than 100 days for Giveaway feature. However if Reaction Roles Feature is enabled for a Server, the Bot might store these data until the feature is disabled by the Client)

Features where message content is required:

  • AutoMod Feature: Prevents usage of 'banned'/'flagged' words in the server.
  • Anti-Raid Feature: Prevents suspicious mass member joining attempts, using checks and algorithms (member account age, whether the same message is being spammed over channels)
  • ChatBot Feature: An interactive AI chatbot. Intents are required to identify message content and respond accordingly to it.
  • Economy - Drops Feature: Sends a random "drop" in a channel (members have to use the pick command to collect the currency coins. Intents are required to check whether the user has entered the right value in the given period of time.
  • Mod-Logging Feature: Sends the content of the deleted or edited messages in the respective servers, where the feature is enabled. However, this information is never stored anywhere, as the messages are directly posted in the respective modlog enabled channels whenever the message deletion/edit events are triggered.
  • Custom Embed Builder: Returns a custom embed. The bot waits for the user to provide the title, description, and footer and reads the content of the messages sent by the user. This data is stored temporarily until the embed message (result) has been posted by the bot.

Access to Data

Only the owner has access to the Collected Data (mentioned above) and the database. We take adequate measures to keep it safe and secured. We will never sell or share your information with a third party.


Data Deletion

If a client wants their data or their server's data to be deleted they can approach and request us for deletion. Clients may apply for data deletion requests in our Discord Support Server, or kick the bot from their server(s). The Bot and the Site will erase all the data related to the client's server, the moment Bot is Kicked.

It is forbidden to use or reuse, copy or paste, modify the Service or Content that existed on this Site. It is forbidden to use our services against law or cause harm to our site or to any other person. If any person violates the Terms of Service, his account might get terminated.
